Projects - Phase I

Lumber Yard back

Client:  Foxworth-Galbraith, Dallas, Texas

Project:  Foxworth-Galbraith Lumber Yard--Payson, Arizona
This closed commercial lumberyard was sold for conversion to a motel.

Solution:  BEAR was asked to complete the Phase I Environmental Site Assessment. An environmental assessment was conducted with findings of several minor impacts from previous operations. The assessment included sampling for suspected asbestos-containing-materials and radon.  PCB-bearing equipment survey was conducted for the remaining on site power systems.  BEAR provided corrective measures for the observed environmental issues to successfully complete the property transaction.
